Each spring we hold our Titanic Day of Service to commemorate the lives lost and honor the heroes who saved lives when the Titanic sank in the early hours of April 15, 1912. 

We hold our Day of Service on the Saturday closest to April 15, adjusting as needed for religious holidays and the Cherry Blossom festival. Common tasks at our Day of Service are bench painting, planting, weeding, and mulching, and other general jobs to spruce up the Park.
